We were up early today, eagerly hanging bunting, fastening balloons, and setting our stalls as attractively as possible with lovely produce, for our Achill Country Market 12th Birthday Celebrations.Thank you to all our customers - holidaymakers and islanders - who turned out in support for our Opening Market of 2009.
Today was a triple celebration. Not only was it the market's 12th birthday, and our first market of 2009, but we were also celebrating two new members who have joined this season. Their produce will add further variety to our baking and craft selection. You are very welcome.
